Refund policy

Our shop can offer a free replacement or refund when a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, as long as you contact us at shop@minesweeperpro.com within 14 calendar days of product delivery.

Every product is made only after an order is place. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong item, color, or simply changed your mind.
